7th pc
bag structure : 3 + 7 (+1)
all 7th pc setups below are categorized by the first three pieces.
It is always possible to 4L pc in 7th pc. Do not ever fail to pc in 7th.
All solves you will ever need for 100% pc will be presented together with the setup unless specified.
2L pc will not be considered, but it is advised to take it if possible.
Saving into 8th pc will not be considered (for now) because you better stick with 1st if T is the 11th piece anyway.
normal 7th pc
Categorized based on the first three pieces at 0p :
-
--- with T --------------------- : may be further divided into "no LJ" and "with LJ"
-
--- no T , not all SZ ------- : may be further divided into "odd LJ" and "even LJ"
-
--- no T , with both SZ --- : qb setups for ISZ, OSZ, JSZ
with T

TIO mound :
many placements but
just stick with one
TOS/TOZ mound :
many placements but
just stick with one
TIS/TIZ mound :
many placements but
just stick with one
antipco :
many placements but
just stick with one
T + <3 :
solves can sometimes
be slightly tricky
Many congruent/symmetric setups exist
but advised to stick with any one of them for simplicity.
For TSZ 7th (antipco), note the following :
-
LZ pieces are always the same for all solves
-
One solve is a potential T-spin solve
-
The other two solves are just
another antipco in the left + the IO pieces with skim

"no" LJ
"with" LJ

Setups can be mirrored but possible to stick with one side anyway.
tub :
technically
5x4 box

Tub 7th should be easy to solve.
Place any of TS/TZ on tub and just complete the 5x4.
Only placing TS on tub is shown here since it is already the minimals,
but placing TZ and pretending as if it is mirrored is also equally valid.
For T + <3, note that the solves are either :
-
5x4 on "heart side" with IOJ
-
6x4 on "heart side" with IOJS
no T, not all SZ
O + <3 :
O may or may not
actually exist in setup
O + shoe :
O may or may not
actually exist in setup
cactus :
mostly bd solves
still can be tricky
box :
simple box
not simple solves

"odd" LJ
"even" LJ

O might not be included depending on the queue despite of the name.
O may be separated when possible
if you like it that way.
Note that both setups only require
simple 4x4 + 6x4 box solves.

solve categorized
by shape of one side
of solve
categorization is arbitrary.
solves also useful out of order.
odd LJ :
some pieces may be able to create both setups. Both work 100% anyway, just choose what you want.
even LJ :
somewhat harder to solve, but still 100% anyway.
mirror cactus if needed. note that cactus solves are either bd or antipco.
box solves may be hard, therefore categorized into five categories, by noticable shapes in the solve.
no T, with both SZ (qb)
O>LJ

O>T or O>S or O>Z
TSZ>O
ISZ :
see the next bag
(last 4 pieces at 0p)
find OLJ
find TSZ
none of OLJ revealed
( see [ITSZ]! )
L>O or J>O

antipco
OSZ :
see the next bag
(last 4 pieces at 0p)

shrine
see JLS or JLZ

everything else
see I
insert good name

remember to use your brain when finding pieces.
eg) queue at 0p only reveals O but none of LJ :
dumb people : ono i dont see LJ idk if its OJ or OL or JO or LO or whatever ahhhh
smart people : aha i cant see LJ but can see O so O is always earlier than LJ anyway :)
nobody here is dumb, right? :D

see first 4 pieces of next bag

.png)
insert good name
might be confusing to solve at first
here is a nice way to guarantee solve :
-
remember JZ and LS ( the <3-able pair )
-
see which of the <3-pair can be completed first ( eg. SZJL = JZ comes first )
-
"lime" that corresponding S/Z
-
place I on opposite side of the "lime"
-
that is exactly what the first gif is showing you
-
umm now just remember where all other pieces go(?)
-
pc complete :)
JSZ :
see first 3 pieces
of the next bag

insert good name
jaws + o
mirror according to which of LJ is earlier
LJ : jaws on left, JL : jaws on right
does not matter if both LJ not revealed
imagine "completing the jaws first"
also note that solves are either :
-
butter + bd
-
butter + antipco
-
not butter (?) + sz reduction

[JOX]!

you are free to choose what you want
between see I and see JLS / JLZ
if the queue fits both

jaws hold j
insert good name
5x4 box
6x4 box
mirror for LSZ
free to choose between [JTX]! and [JOX]! if queue fits both ( = [JTO]! )
completing jaws is also 100% but holding J has simpler solves
jaws may be hard to solve, see below for details
Jaws solve (for JSZ, mirror for LSZ)
2x4 solves :
T always in 2x4
has notable shapes

.png)
.png)
.png)
4x4 solves :
probably the most
complex category

.png)

5x4 solves :
T vertical by parity
IS always horizontal

other solves :
2x4 or 3x4 or 6x4
serves as fallback

Tips :
-
All fail queues are covered by the other qb sets.
You are not supposed to fail to pc here if you know what you are doing.
-
Categorizations are just for categorization. Solves may also be useful out of order.
-
Jaws may be hard to solve at first. Categorizations exist here to simplify solves.
-
Try to find noticable shapes in the solves.
Although arbitrary, all solves are presented in a way such that
each gif/image are the set of solves that include/resemble the same shape/placements.
Use it to categorize further and help yourself find solves.
-
Although it is possible to complete the 3p jaws setup immediately without sacrificing pc chance,
holding J may be advantagous to finding solves faster.
-
Although not required to know,
it may still possible to create the [IZX]! qb setup congruent in some queues
even with correct qb if the new bag starts with [SZX]!I. Congruent shown in right.
There also exist a partially mirrored solve. Also shown in right.
Still a very useful solve.
-
A set of useful 100% solvable fields are presented below in case it helps.
Only fields that correspond to the above solves are included
and presented in respectively corresponding positions and orders.
-
More solves than the minimal are intentionally included for consistency and intuitivity.
